How do your candle releases (drops) work?
As our company wants to make sure each candle exceeds perfection, we’ll be unveiling new cologne/perfume candle scents every month or so. Each release is thoughtfully crafted, offering a unique fragrance experience that captures different moods and moments. Where do you ship?
We are excited to announce that our company will begin shipping across Canada and USA as we launch our new products! This initial phase will allow us to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Following our first drop, we plan to expand our shipping capabilities to include worldwide delivery, making our candles accessible to customers around the globe. We appreciate your support as we grow, and we can’t wait to share our scents with you!

Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes, our candles are crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly materials, such as 100% pure soy wax, to ensure a clean and enjoyable burn.
Can I request a specific scent?
Absolutely! We welcome scent suggestions from our customers. Let us know your favourites, and they might inspire our future releases.
How should I care for my candles?
To ensure the best experience, trim the wick before each use and keep the candle away from drafts.
Do you offer refunds for damaged products upon arrival?
Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at olscente@gmail.com with inquires about refunds. For damaged products, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product with a picture of your damaged product to be qualified for a refund.

Are your candles safe to use around pets?
Yes, our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients. However, it’s always best to supervise pets around open flames.
How do I tell which candle is similar to my favourite scent?
Our candles capture the essence of popular colognes and perfumes by blending similar top, middle, and base notes. While we don't use specific brand names due to copyright reasons (we are NOT affiliated with any brands), we aim for a comparable scent experience. To find a match, check the notes in your favourite fragrance and choose a candle with a similar profile.
